I feel honored to introduce you to the last Kooky Pet: Chiropteresa
With her, the Kooky Pet Workshop ends up and it also marks the last character of the forthcoming Kooky Pets Book, which I’m currently producing. You will be able to see some previews of the book during the following weeks. And if you still feel curious about what is all about please take a look at the last post about the Kooky Pets Book.
Once again, I want to thank you all for following this project and making it possible with your imaginative collaboration. It’s great to have the opportunity of knowing such creative and fun people as you are!
Happy creepy Halloween to all of you!

A bat with a RADAR attached to his head.
A bat who’s very friendly, and just wants to cuddle!
Good Morning
Aiyana – ridiculously long eyelashes
Carolyn – diamond earrings
Sorry to hear that this will be the last kooky pet – we have enjoyed this immensely.
Best of everything to you and yours.
Green scales. He needs green scales (like a lizard or dragon).
Stubby wings
What does sonar reveal? How does sonar that bats send out shape what they see? I’d like to see whatever scene that the bat is located in as the bat would see it.
For instance, I have read that dolphin sonar reveals people’s bodies looking more like the air pockets inside of them. The actual external features of how people look to us humans are completely gone or indistinct for the dolphin sonar.
Oh, Mr. Barroso, you have such wonderful pets. I was looking at them. They seem so friendly. Do they have parents? Maybe this pet could have pictures of them? I love your drawings very much.
Well, how wonderful she is. I love how iridescent her wings are. I’m looking forward to seeing how all of these will play out in your book.
She’s great! I love the coloring in her wings especially, and the friendly yet slightly unnerving smile with its pointy, pointy teeth. I can’t wait to see the book!
Watch out for those pointy teeth. She’s coming for you veeeeery soon…
LOVE her….now we can get the cards!
Cyn, there won’t be any cards, it will finally be a book with extra stuff and on a large scale. So you will be able to apreciate the drawings in detail on their original size.
Love this pet as I’ve loved all the Kooky Pets. I didn’t get to participate in any but one (due to life’s demands) but am very proud to have been able to participate at all. I adore your creativity and anxiously await the release of your book.
i missed him–he’s so cute! i love those fangs, and the coloring is wonderful!
